The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students of the School of Engineering & Technology, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry partners.JOB DETAILS Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Placements (Engineering Programmes) Department: Career Services & Alumni Relations Organization: The NorthCap University Location: Gurugram, Sector 23 - AKey Responsibilities Develop and manage corporate relationships to support student placements Plan and execute campus placement drives, internships, and employer engagement activities Coordinate with faculty, students, and recruiters for placement-related initiatives Maintain placement data, reports, and analytics to track outcomes and trends Support employability initiatives aligned with industry requirements Ensure compliance with institutional policies and placement guidelinesEligibility Criteria Educational Qualification Graduation / Postgraduate degree in Management / HR / Marketing or a related discipline (MBA / PGDM preferred)Experience Manager – Placements: 5–8 years of relevant experience Senior Manager – Placements: 8–12+ years of relevant experience with leadership exposureSkills & Competencies Corporate relations and industry networking Placement operations and coordination Data analysis and reporting Communication and stakeholder management Strong business development and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment High Energy & Execution Focus Team Leadership & Mentoring
