The Drilling Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and management of well drilling operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities include supervising the drilling team, ensuring proper execution of drilling programs, providing technical guidance, managing daily operations, monitoring equipment and resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to best practices within the industry. The role requires close collaboration with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead drilling teams effectively. Proficiency in Drilling and Completion operations with hands-on experience in Jackup drilling activities. Expertise in Drilling Supervision, with the ability to apply technical knowledge to complex projects. Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting within the drilling domain. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards and risk management practices in drilling operations. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications or specialized training in drilling operations is a plus. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strong problem-solving skills and excellent decision-making capabilities. Minimum 20 years of experience with offshore projects and a solid understanding of Jackup rig operations is highly desirable out of which 7-8 years as Drilling Supervisor.
