Our portfolio includes boutique hotels, mid-scale and luxury properties, spa resorts, convention centers, and serviced apartments.Position OverviewThe Assistant Revenue Manager (Reservations & Revenue) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing reservations operations while supporting end-to-end revenue management functions. The role focuses on optimizing OTA and direct channel performance, budgeting and forecasting, demand analysis, and execution of revenue strategies in coordination with sales, distribution, and operations teams.Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee reservations operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high conversion rates. - Optimize OTA bookings and channel mix through rate parity, inventory allocation, promotions, and content optimization. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts. - Assist in developing and executing pricing, yield, and revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR and profitability. - Analyze market trends, demand patterns, competitor pricing, and pickup reports to support strategic decisions. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align revenue strategies across channels. - Monitor PMS, CRS, and channel manager performance; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. - Support team management and training initiatives within the reservations function.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2–5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or OTA/e-Commerce roles within the hospitality industry. - Proven experience in OTA management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue strategy execution. - Strong understanding of revenue management principles, distribution channels, and hospitality operations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with PMS, CRS, channel managers, and revenue management systems is preferred.
