CLIENT: Our client offers best-in-class solutions to meet the motion needs of Medical devices,Aerospace,Defence, Auto component industries etc.ROLE: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in the machine shop including electrical/mechanical maintenance and repair of machines, test equipment, electronic controls/PLC programming.Key Result Areas- Troubleshoot & diagnose cause of mechanical/electrical/electronic malfunction/ Pneumatic or failure. - Take action with sense of urgency to keep production running to minimize down time. - Perform Predictive,Preventive and corrective maintenance. - Maintain essential stock of mechanical/electrical/electronic parts/ Pneumatic and materials needed for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. - Monitor inventory, frequent use items/quantities required and re-order as needed to minimize production downtime - Maintain documentation including manufacturers’ manuals, machine maintenance files, daily work logs and purchase requisitions for ordering parts and equipment.Incumbent profile:- 12+ years in Machine shop maintenance - Competent in planning & implementing the preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery. - Proficient in designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods; diagnosing breakdown problems; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs - Proven skills to enhance the system performance, optimize resource & capacity utilization, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies; identifying improvement areas & implementing techniques for enhancement of system reliabilityANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20LPAQueries:Anoop Sinha, PROFILE HR CONSULTANTS PVT LTDCell-9773520069
