We’re hiring for a Venture-backed Fintech SaaS company, building an end-to-end platform for MSME exporters. Raised $1.25 million in a Seed funding round led by Axilor Ventures and angel investors like Ram Govindarajan (Founder of WizFreight) and Sumit Agarwal (Founder of Vyapar).The product solves real, day-one problems in cross-border payments, trade documentation, and working capital financing — all under one unified suite.Role Overview:This is not a “feature-selling” role.This is about owning revenue, educating customers, and closing meaningful deals.You’ll work directly with the founder, operate with high autonomy, and play a visible role in scaling the business.About the RoleThis is a full-cycle B2B sales role with real ownership.You will:- Work closely with the founder - Own the sales process from first conversation to deal closure - Sell to MSME exporters and business owners - Be part of a small, fast-moving teamWhat You’ll Do- Handle the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closure - Speak with exporters to understand their business and needs - Give product demos and explain payments and compliance in simple terms - Discuss pricing and close deals - Work with product and customer success teams to onboard customers - Manage both new sales and existing accountsWho We’re Looking For- Experience in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or software sales - Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders - Clear communicator who can explain products simply - Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles - Someone who takes ownership and likes responsibility
