The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce OMS solutions to handle complex omnichannel order lifecycles and integrations. Key Responsibiliti- esLead the design and implementation of Salesforce Order Management (OMS) solution - s.Configure order lifecycles including order capture, fulfillment, returns, cancellations, and refund - s.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solution - s.Design and manage order routing, orchestration, and fulfillment rules for omnichannel retail scenario - tegrate Salesforce OMS with external systems such as ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and logistics provider - s.Customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, and Lightning components where require - d.Support data migration, system testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and production suppor - t.Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and securit - y.Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
