We are looking for a Dedicated Senior Accountant (working through our partner agency) to join our team. We don't want a "data processor"—we want a thinking partner who can manage the books, review junior work, and help us deliver financial clarity to our clients.The Role: "Pod Senior"You will work within a "Client Pod," supporting the US-based Account Manager. You will be the technical engine of the pod.- Review & Quality Control: You won't just enter data; you will review the work of junior staff using our Double (Keeper) checklists to ensure accuracy. -- Complex Accounting: Handle month-end closes, including Job Costing, Class Tracking, and complex Reconciliations for construction clients. -- Tech Mastery: Manage the data flow between Dext (receipts) and QuickBooks Online, ensuring the General Ledger is audit-ready. -- Process Improvement: Identify unclear transactions and communicate "Review Points" to the US team via our collaborative portal.Why You Will Love Working With Walnook- We Always Document: We use Double for everything.
