The primary focus of this role isoffice administration, along with supporting HR operations such as recruitment, documentation, and employee coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration (Primary Responsibility)Manageday-to-day office operationsincluding housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, and overall facility management. Handlevendor management, service providers, AMC renewals, and utility payments. Overseemaintenance, repairs, and coordination with technicians to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment. Managetravel arrangements, hotel bookings, vehicle coordination, and employee reimbursements. Handlefront desk activities, visitor management, couriers, and logistics. Support management inmeeting coordination, scheduling, minutes of meeting, and follow-ups. Ensure the workspace remainsclean, organized, and professionalat all times. Coordinate with theIT service provider/vendorfor tech support and issue resolution. Basic troubleshooting oflaptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and office network. Manageemail setups, password resets, user access, and IT onboarding for new employees. Maintain inventory ofIT assets(laptops, accessories, software licenses). Ensure timely renewal ofsubscriptions, antivirus, and software tools. Support in setting up systems for meetings and presentations (Zoom/Teams/Projector). Human ResourcesSupportrecruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Handle Employee Onboarding & Exit formalities. Assist in preparingoffer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents. Coordinateemployee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication. Assist inperformance managementtracking and documentation. Support statutory compliance by maintaining required HR documentation online as well as offline. Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and administrative skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency inMS Office(Excel, Word, PPT). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Positive attitude with attention to detail.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience in Admin or HR roles preferred.
