We are looking for a Product / Project Manager who can translate customer needs into scalable solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive product execution with speed, clarity, and ownership. Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership Senior QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead our quality assurance efforts. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the entire testing lifecycle from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between our technical and product teams, ensuring that every release is stable, performant, and meets our high standards for user experience. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the product’s quality. Design and document the QA strategy, from initial unit testing support to final regression and smoke tests. Hybrid Testing: Perform meticulous manual testing for new features while simultaneously building a robust automated testing suite (Playwright, Selenium or Cypress) to ensure long-term stability. Process Architecture: Set up the QA flow from scratch, integrating it into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment cycles. Bug Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and track bugs with precision. Communicate technical blockers to engineers and UX concerns to product managers. Collaborative Communication: Act as the final "green light" for releases, providing clear reports on risks and system health to stakeholders. AI Integration: Leverage latest AI-driven testing tools to expedite bug detection and reduce manual overhead. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 4+ years in QA roles, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Automation Mastery: Proven track record of building automation frameworks (e.G., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java-based tools). Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail; you should be the person who finds the edge case no one else thought of. Technical Literacy: Ability to read logs, use browser developer tools, and query databases (SQL) to investigate the root cause of issues. AI Savvy: Hands-on experience or a deep interest in using AI tools to optimize test case writing and execution. Leadership: Experience "owning" a process. You don't wait for instructions; you identify what needsto be tested and build the system to do it.
