We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.Strategic Responsibilities- Own the client relationship and lead it for the assigned Key Accounts with a strong understanding of their business priorities. - Build account plan to list the business objectives of each client and identify solutions that can help them achieve these objectives. - Understand business and organization structure of the customers and foster relationships across various levels (CxOs, HR, Finance, Delivery Team etc.) to identify opportunities for incremental Analytics Solution sales. - Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. - Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. - Turning client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks. - Influencing client decisions and advocating for clients' needs to negotiate win-win solutions deals. - Facilitate client advisory/ voice of customer - To enable delivery teams with accurate feedbacks for driving effective processes and conversions. - Use data and tools strategically to identify areas of opportunities within the allocated portfolios. - Sharing regular updates internally through various forums on progress with the accounts - Run knowledge sharing sessions to conquer the client in a collaboration with various relevant individuals. - Work closely with office and India leadership to drive the Customer Partnership agenda. - Identify effective tactics of customer engagement in collaboration with marketing. - Perform market research and opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.Required Experience:- 5+ years of experience in Business Development & Account Management for large complex enterprise accounts in the B2B domain required. - Self- driven, organized, and pro-active. - Entrepreneurial and commercially focused. - Strong impact and influencing, negotiation skills. - Strong relationship, communication, presentation, and marketing skills. - Work well in a small team leveraging colleagues' skills. - Ability to thrive as an individual contributor role.Soft Skills:- You have the interpersonal skills to develop & sustain meaningful relationships. - Strong Collaboration and Networking skills.
