Key Responsibilities /Main Duties of this PositionOffer cashew by-products to customers in line with market pricing, secure approval from the Sales Director, and facilitate contract preparation and dispatch execution Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the availability of required manpower for bagging and loading activities. Follow up of Invoices with accounts team and payments from the buyers Co-ordinating with all buyers during factory visit by showing samples, labelling samples along with quality team & follow up samples. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Follow up and double-check the financial invoice that accounting team issued to the buyer as per the approvals. Co-ordinate with factory team for shipment schedule & smooth dispatches Truck arrivals and dispatch co-ordinations Preparing buyer master data file. By products sales data supporting to reporting manager Other duties assigned when required. Participate in sales meetings, reviews.Communicating and Reporting:Timely updating and feedback related to sales dispatches and sales contracts to managers. Update weekly monthly respective reports to share across with sales team. Collaboration with other teams, QA, Quality & Production departments to secure delivery schedules.Compliance:Ensure that all business activity is conducted in an ethical manner. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business codes of conduct and ensure. that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Proactively support company compliance with Health and Safety legislation. Compliance with contract /PO policy. To adhere with the company SOP’s.Requirement2+ years of experience in sales co-ordination /commercial department. UG: Any graduate Good Communication skills written & verbal Presentation and interpersonal. Good in Tamil, English and any other languages would be an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel knowledge would be an added advantage) Team Player, supportive, able to build good working relationship with all the Factory teams Time Management.
