We are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and a strong grasp of the US accent to support a leading US-based short-term vacation rental company. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities - Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies. - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening. - Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction. - Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience. - Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. - Perform additional related duties as required. Key Competencies - Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory). - Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. - Experience using reservation software and PMS tools. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proactive problem-solving mindset. Qualifications & Experience Skills - Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills. - Clear voice, fluency, and confidence while interacting with US customers. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Abilities - Strong oral and written communication abilities. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools. Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred). - Prior experience in reservations or sales is an added advantage.
