Company:Deo Plastics Limited Products:Casing Pipes Location:Muzaffarpur -Marwan Department:Production Mobile:- 9122727766 Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines (CNC Lathe / VMC) as per drawings and work instructions Machine components such as dies, mandrels, sleeves, adaptors, and fixtures used in pipe production Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely Set tools, offsets, and workpieces under guidance Monitor machining parameters to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, dial gauge) Identify machining defects and take corrective action or inform supervisor Maintain production records, job cards, and rejection reports Perform basic machine maintenance, tool change, and daily machine checks Follow 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices Meet daily production, quality, and delivery targets
