The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, ensuring effective communication with clients, and identifying opportunities for business development. Tasks include account management, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements efficiently. The role also involves generating reports and providing insights to support strategic decision-making processes.QualificationsProficiency in client relationship management, account management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of business development practices and strategies in the hospitality sector Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation Experience with financial reporting, account analysis, and ensuring compliance with policies Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in relevant software such as accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be considered an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
