RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and lead the HR strategy to scale the company from 150 to 250 employees. - Design, update, and implement HR policies aligned with a creative, people-first culture. - Strengthen and drive culture, employee engagement, and overall employee experience. - Lead the talent acquisition strategy and improve employer branding for creative roles. - Develop performance management, feedback systems, and learning programs tailored to creative teams. - Manage and mentor a lean team, ensuring smooth HR operations. - Partner with leadership and creative heads to understand workforce needs and support organizational growth. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Strong understanding of creative agency culture and how creative, strategy, and account teams operate. - Ability to design people's practices that support creativity, collaboration, and experimentation. - Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills to work closely with creative leaders. - Capability to handle fast-paced, unstructured, and idea-driven environments. - Strong sense of culture-building, engagement, and designing initiatives that inspire creative teams. - Ability to balance structure with flexibility—creating policies without stifling creativity. - Proven experience scaling teams in creative/digital/media industries
