Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior HR Tech Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team. This role will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and tools, ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR technology, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day administration of HR systems (e.G., HRIS, ATS, LMS). - Support onboarding, data entry, and employee lifecycle processes through HR tech platforms. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed. - Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems. - Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making. - Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new features. - Document processes, user guides, and FAQs for HR tech tools. - Provide first-level support to employees and HR team members on system-related queries. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or HR technology support. - Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms is a plus. - Strong MS Excel and data handling skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle. - Exposure to ticketing tools or service management platforms (e.G., ServiceNow). - Interest in automation tools or HR analytics.
