Job Title: Domain Expert – Q&A Development (Remote) Job Type: Fixed-Term (1-2 Months)/ Freelancing Hours Commitment per day: 6-8 hours Work Week – Monday to Friday About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled Chemistry professionals to develop high-quality Chain of Thought (CoT) Q&As for advanced scientific problem-solving. The ideal candidates will have strong conceptual foundations, rigorous analytical skills, and experience in structured scientific reasoning. Proficiency in LaTeX is essential for producing well-formatted, step-by-step solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed Chain of Thought (CoT) Q&As across advanced scientific domains. - Ensure logical coherence and structured reasoning in both questions and solutions. - Use LaTeX for precise scientific notation and documentation. - Collaborate with the internal review team for consistency and quality assurance. - Conduct in-depth reviews to maintain scientific accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. - Contribute subject expertise in Radiation Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry and Chemistry – Polymer Physics Required Qualifications: - Master’s degree holders or PhDs combined across the domain. - Strong academic or research expertise in Radiation Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry and Chemistry – Polymer Physics - Experience creating structured scientific explanations or step-by-step analytical solutions. - Proficiency in LaTeX for technical and scientific writing. - Prior experience in academic content development, research, or structured Q&A creation is preferred.
