Role: Recruiter/Vendor CoordinatorLocation: RemoteWork Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM ESTPosition Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Recruiter/Vendor Coordinator to support our recruiting operations and vendor compliance processes. This role will be responsible for resume formatting, coordinating technical screenings (supporting EST hours), managing compliance documentation, onboarding activities, and maintaining strong communication with vendors and the internal recruiting team. Key Responsibilities• Resume Formatting & SubmissionFormat, refine, and prepare candidate resumes to meet client and internal standards.Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all candidate profiles.• Technical Screening CoordinationSchedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal SMEs and hiring managers.Collect and track screening feedback and ensure timely communication with the recruiting team.• Compliance Tracking – Vendor DocumentsMonitor, track, and follow up with vendors to ensure documents such as COI, employment authorization, and other requirements remain current and compliant.Maintain accurate and well-organized compliance documentation.• Vendor & Resource Compliance ManagementCommunicate with vendors regarding required documents, onboarding expectations, and compliance updates.Ensure all contractors and vendor resources meet company and client compliance and onboarding requirements.• Onboarding Coordination (Selection → 1 Month Post-Start)Facilitate onboarding activities from the time a candidate is selected until one month after their start date.Coordinate completion of onboarding documents, access setup, vendor communication, and follow-up milestones.Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related questions and ensure a smooth new-hire experience.• Administrative & Recruiting SupportMaintain candidate pipelines, internal trackers, and weekly status reports.Support recruiters with candidate communication, interview scheduling, documentation follow-up, and other administrative tasks.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
