We guide students from eligibility check and program selection to scholarships and visas, with honest, practical counseling and end-to-end support.We are growing and looking for sharp juniors who want real experience in marketing, sales and student counseling, not just a paper internship.Role OverviewThis is a full-time Marketing and Sales Internship with a clear focus on:Counseling students about study abroad optionsSelling study abroad programs in a professional, ethical wayManaging leads and student profiles inside modern toolsYou will speak with students, explain programs, follow up on warm leads and keep all activity updated in our CRM and other platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with students who checked their eligibility on our platformUnderstand each student's background and goals, then guide them to suitable Italy programsExplain tuition-free public universities, scholarships and our process in simple languageConvert interested students into Google Meet calls and walk them through the next stepsUpdate every call, meeting and outcome inside our CRM in real timeMaintain accurate notes, tags and statuses for each student profileCoordinate with the admissions team to move students to the application and document stagesSend follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages using provided templates and sequencesUse LinkedIn and other platforms to support outreach and basic research when neededWhat You Will LearnYou will receive structured, hands on training in:Study abroad counseling for Italy and how to handle common doubts from students and parentsInside sales skills for phone and video callsWorking with CRM systems to manage a sales and admissions funnelUsing email marketing tools for follow-ups and nurturingUsing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead researchPractical understanding of Italian tuition-free universities and scholarship processesYou will also receive feedback on your calls and writing so you keep improving every month.Who Should ApplyFresh graduates or final year students from any streamComfortable speaking in English plus Hindi or another Indian languageConfident on phone and video calls and willing to speak a lot every dayBasic computer skills and comfortable learning new software toolsStrong listener, patient and genuinely interested in helping studentsReady to work full-time and treat this as the first serious step in your careerExperience in counseling, telecalling, study abroad, BPO or sales is a plus but not mandatory.Compensation: Fixed stipend + IncentivesCertification: internship completion certificate and performance feedback at the endHigh performers will convert for a full-time role after the internship period
