Brand operates in five key market segments: Upstream/Midstream, Downstream, Power Generation, Industrial and Infrastructure.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Azure Integration Services to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and related Azure services, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.Experience Level: 10+ years overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Azure Integration ServicesKey Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Define and design integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid, API Management).Develop architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and best practices for enterprise-grade solutions.Integration Development & Implementation:Lead the development and deployment of integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Service Bus.Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable messaging and event-driven architectures.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Governance & Compliance:Implement security standards, compliance requirements, and governance policies for integration solutions.Ensure adherence to Azure Well-Architected Framework principles.Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize integration solutions for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Expertise:Strong experience in Azure Integration Services – Service Bus, Logic Apps, Event Grid, API Management.Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault for integration scenarios.Proficiency in designing event-driven and message-based architectures.Architecture & Design:Experience in creating high-level and low-level design documents.Familiarity with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-native design principles.Other Skills:Strong understanding of security, authentication, and authorization in Azure (OAuth, Managed Identities).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Integration Services Specialist.Experience with DevOps pipelines for integration deployments.Knowledge of SAP, Dynamics 365, or other enterprise systems integration is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.KPIs for Solution Architect (Azure Integration Services)1. Cost OptimizationAzure Resource Utilization: Percentage of solutions optimized for cost efficiency (Target: ≥ 90%).Budget Adherence: Variance between estimated and actual cloud spend (Target: ≤ 5%).4.
