Our team members have worked with many startups in Asia and Europe at various stages and helped them in their growth journey.We are looking for a smart, fast, and adaptable Finance & Accounting Executive with strong accounting fundamentals and a strong client-facing mindset.Qualification and Experience :- CA Inter and with 2-4 years of experience- CA Qualified with 1-2 years of experienceKey Responsibilities :- Manage Accounting Operations, AP, AR, Payroll, and basic knowledge of Taxation- Drafting of Client-facing emails, contracts, agreements etc.- Handle front-end client communication,  and resolve finance/admin queries seamlessly- Manage day-to-day finance and administrative operations- Coordinate with internal teams, employees, customers, vendors, and service providers- Manage multiple clients concurrently and deliver consistent outcomes- Adapt to evolving, AI-enabled ways of working to improve efficiencyKey Skills :- Strong accounting knowledge with basic taxation exposure- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in an AI-evolving environmentIdeal Candidate:- Smart, quick learner with strong ownership and execution skills- Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
