Our team focuses on innovative approaches to drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility for our clients across diverse industries including supplement brands, medical practices, real estate agencies, and professional services firms.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting & FinanceOversee and review bookkeeping for Infinite Labs Digital and affiliated in-house businessesEnsure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close under US GAAPPrepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policiesOwn chart of accounts structure and financial reporting consistency across entitiesTax & CompliancePrepare and file federal and state tax returns for businesses and ownersMaintain active IRS PTIN (P-Number) and sign tax returns as paid preparerManage estimated tax calculations, projections, and tax planningCoordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and advisors as neededEnsure compliance with IRS, state, and local tax regulationsPublic Company & SEC ReportingPrepare or support preparation of 10-Q and 8-K filingsAssist with disclosures, footnotes, and supporting schedulesWork cross-functionally with legal, finance, and external reporting teamsEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SEC reporting standardsBusiness Analytics & ForecastingBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projectionsSupport leadership with scenario analysis and growth planningAnalyze trends, margins, cash flow, and unit economicsProvide insights that support strategic decisions for both internal businesses and clientsClient Accounting & AdvisoryService external clients with accounting, reporting, and financial insightsAct as a senior point of contact for complex accounting and tax questionsReview work produced by junior accountants or offshore teamsEnsure client deliverables meet professional and regulatory standardsRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)These are hard requirements, not “nice to have.”Licensing & AuthorityActive PTIN (P-Number) requiredCPA strongly preferred; EA acceptable only if combined with deep GAAP and public-company experienceAuthorized to prepare and sign US tax returnsExperienceDirect experience with publicly listed companies, specifically:10-Q filings8-K filingsStrong US GAAP knowledgeProven experience handling multi-entity accounting structuresExperience preparing and reviewing business tax returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065 as applicable)Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)Strong Excel and financial modeling skillsAbility to build forecasts and projections independentlyUnderstanding of revenue recognition, accruals, and financial controlsOperational ExpectationsCan operate with minimal supervisionComfortable owning outcomes, deadlines, and complianceExperience reviewing and managing junior or offshore accounting teamsHow to ApplyIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application through LinkedIn or contact us directly.
