THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress/Playwright for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and release quality standards.Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility through automation suites.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain pipeline stability.Implement test reporting, dashboards, and quality analytics.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation failures efficiently.Promote best practices in QA automation and contribute to continuous process improvements.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright.Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience in API testing, including mocking frameworks like Postman or similar tools.Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.Exposure to performance testing and visual regression testing.Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.Preferred / Secondary SkillsExperience with Jenkins, Shell scripting, Java, and AWS.Knowledge of integrating automation within modern DevOps ecosystems.Primary Skills: Cypress/Playwright, JavaScript/Typescript, PostmanSecondary Skills: Jenkins, Java, Shell Scripting, AWSOur large, Fortune client is ranked among the top global technology leaders and is consistently recognized as one of the best companies to work for.
