Job Title: Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designer Location: Chennai Experience Required: 3–7 years (Industry experience mandatory) Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designerwith strong industry experience in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events. The candidate will be responsible for designing innovative exhibition stalls and event spaces that align with client branding, functional requirements, and budget constraints.Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design exhibition stalls, kiosks, booths, and event spaces Develop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings Collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams Understand client briefs and convert them into creative design solutions Select materials, finishes, lighting, and graphics suitable for events Coordinate with fabrication vendors and oversee execution quality Ensure designs comply with safety standards, venue guidelines, and timelines Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Provide on-site support during installation, if requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience inEvent Management / Exhibition Design industry Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max / SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong understanding of stall fabrication, materials, and construction methods Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Knowledge of branding and spatial design principlesPreferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, or related field Experience working with exhibition organizers, event agencies, or fabrication units Site execution and vendor coordination experienceWhat We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-profile exhibitions and events Creative and dynamic work environment Competitive salary based on experience Career growth within the events & exhibitions industryReporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
