This role focuses on owning the intelligence layer, protecting sensitive healthcare data, and enabling AI systems that continuously improve using proprietary datasets. You will work on LLM architecture, fine-tuning pipelines, AI agents, and secure inference systems, tightly integrated into a modern cloud-native healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities Design and implement aprivate, in-house LLM architecturewithout dependency on public LLM APIs. Buildfine-tuning and continual learning pipelinesusing proprietary and de-identified healthcare data. Architectsecure inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agent frameworks . EnsureHIPAA-aligned data handling , audit ability, and AI safety controls. Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to convert workflows intoAI-driven automation and decision support . Definemodel governance, evaluation metrics, versioning, and feedback loopsfor continuous improvement. Optimizemodel performance, latency, reliability, and costfor production healthcare workloads. Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams onGPU workloads, Kubernetes orchestration, and MLOps pipelines . Produceclear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and AI design standards . Required Skills and Experience 6–10+ yearsof experience inAI or ML engineering , with strong focus onLLMs or NLP systems . Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or adaptingopen-source LLMssuch as LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, or similar. Strong understanding ofRAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt-to-pipeline design . Proficiency inPythonwithPyTorch or TensorFlow . Experience deploying ML systems onAWSusing services such as EC2 GPU, SageMaker, EKS, and S3. Strong system-design skills forscalable, production-grade AI platforms . Excellentcommunication and technical documentationskills. Preferred Experience Experience inUS healthcare platforms , RPM, CCM, or regulated data environments. Exposure toAI agents, workflow automation, or decision-support systems . Experience withKubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD for ML systems . Knowledge ofAI safety, hallucination reduction, explainability, and model evaluation . Prior experience buildinglong-running AI systems that improve through feedback loops .
