About ApplyAZ ApplyAZ helps students access tuition-free public universities in Italy through a simple digital platform. We guide students from eligibility check and program selection to scholarships and visas, with honest, practical counseling and end-to-end support. We are growing and looking for sharp juniors who want real experience in marketing, sales and student counseling, not just a paper internship. Role Overview This is a full-timeMarketing and Sales Internshipwith a clear focus on: Counseling students about study abroad options Selling study abroad programs in a professional, ethical way Managing leads and student profiles inside modern tools You will speak with students, explain programs, follow up on warm leads and keep all activity updated in our CRM and other platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with students who checked their eligibility on our platform Understand each student's background and goals, then guide them to suitable Italy programs Explain tuition-free public universities, scholarships and our process in simple language Convert interested students into Google Meet calls and walk them through the next steps Update every call, meeting and outcome inside our CRM in real time Maintain accurate notes, tags and statuses for each student profile Coordinate with the admissions team to move students to the application and document stages Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages using provided templates and sequences Use LinkedIn and other platforms to support outreach and basic research when needed What You Will Learn You will receive structured, hands on training in: Study abroad counseling for Italy and how to handle common doubts from students and parents Inside sales skills for phone and video calls Working with CRM systems to manage a sales and admissions funnel Using email marketing tools for follow-ups and nurturing Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and lead research Practical understanding of Italian tuition-free universities and scholarship processes You will also receive feedback on your calls and writing so you keep improving every month. Who Should ApplyFresh graduates or final year students from any stream Comfortable speaking in English plus Hindi or another Indian language Confident on phone and video calls and willing to speak a lot every day Basic computer skills and comfortable learning new software tools Strong listener, patient and genuinely interested in helping students Ready to work full-time and treat this as the first serious step in your career Experience in counseling, telecalling, study abroad, BPO or sales is a plus but not mandatory. Compensation:Fixed stipend + Incentives Certification : internship completion certificate and performance feedback at the end High performers will convert for a full-time role after the internship period
