Built ona commitment to safety, precision, and innovation, we provide products that meetstringent national and international fire-protection standardsJob Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join ourgrowing team in the Fire Protection & Building Materials Industry. The ideal candidate willplay a critical role in driving new business, identifying and securing new clients, andexpanding our market presence in the said segment. The role will focus on generating leads,building relationships with key stakeholders, and growing our sales pipeline to achievebusiness growth targets.• Locations :East - Kolkata 1West - Mumbai, Pune (1 each)South - Bengaluru, Hyderabad (1 each)North - Delhi/NCR 1Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:o Research and identify potential clients within the Fire Protection & BuildingMaterials Industry, including architects, builders, interior designers,corporates, distributors.o Qualify inbound and outbound leads through various channels, includingemail, phone, social media, and industry events.o Conduct cold calling and outreach campaigns to generate new businessopportunities.2. Sales & Relationship Management:o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsto foster business growth.o Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver productpresentations and proposals.o Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company goals.o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuringtimely product delivery.3. Market Research & Analysis:o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and marketdevelopments in the Fire protectiono sector, particularly related to mounting systems.o Provide insights and feedback from clients and the market to the productdevelopment team for continuous improvement.o Assist in the development of market entry strategies for new regions orproduct offerings.4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:o Work closely with the marketing team to create sales collateral, presentations,and product literature.o Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth projectdelivery and after-sales support.o Provide input on sales strategies, forecasts, and customer needs to assist inbusiness planning.5. Sales Reporting & Documentation:o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, salesactivities, and opportunities in the CRM systemo Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence tomanagement.o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.6. Networking & Industry Presence:o Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events relevant to theindustry to build relationships and promote the company’s solutions.o Represent the company at industry forums and webinars to increase brandawareness and generate leads.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)• Experience:o 2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferablywithin the building material & construction sectors.o Experience selling B2B products, with a focus on technical or industrialsolutions is a plus.o Freshers welcome too• Skills:o Good understanding of CAD.o Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).o Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).o Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centricapproach.o Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to managemultiple opportunities simultaneously.• Attributes:o Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.o Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.o Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.Benefits:• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.• Paid time off (PTO), and other company benefits.• Professional development and growth opportunities.• Dynamic and innovative work environment.Budget - 3-5 LPA
