You’ll own day-to-day community operations, member programming, engagement, and analytics—working across podcasts, webinars, events, jobs, mentorship, and our knowledge & innovation hubs. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and partnerships to ensure this community delivers real value to members and partner organizations.Key Responsibilities• Member Growth & Onboarding: Own funnels from interest → application → onboarding. Craft executive-grade welcome flows, orientation sessions, and playbooks to drive 90-day activation.• Programming & Engagement: Plan a calendar of peer roundtables, town halls, practitioner circles, AMAs, and small-group masterminds. Curate agendas tied to AI leadership, governance, delivery, and change management.• Content & Visibility: Coordinate guest pipelines for the CAIO Podcast; support webinars, events, and awards; and package member stories for social/PR to raise executive visibility.• Careers & Mentorship: Moderate a confidential jobs channel and job board, run talent spotlights, and manage mentor/mentee matching, office hours, and career workshops.• Knowledge & Innovation Hub: Publish whitepapers, tools, and templates; run Moonshot/innovation showcases and startup spotlights aligned to enterprise needs.• Community Operations & Platform: Run the member portal and community features (profiles, directory, DMs, forums, events, jobs, content library). Drive usability, accessibility, and member success.• Data, Insights & CRM: Track activation, retention, NPS, program ROI; maintain clean CRM records; generate monthly executive dashboards and recommendations.• Partnerships & Sponsors: Collaborate on partner activations, executive roundtables, research, and content. Ensure sponsor benefits are delivered with white-glove quality.• Moderation, Ethics & Trust: Uphold a respectful, confidential environment. Manage community guidelines, approvals, and escalation paths.• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with KN/CAIO Connect leadership, comms, and production teams to deliver a cohesive member experience across channels.Qualifications (What You Bring)• 5–8+ years in community management, customer success, membership associations, or executive programs—preferably B2B/enterprise tech.• Proven experience running executive-level programming (roundtables, briefings, AMAs) and building high-trust communities.• Operational excellence: you can design processes, document SOPs, and manage calendars, vendors, and speakers with polish.• Clear, executive-ready communication; strong writing and facilitation skills; comfort briefing C-suite leaders.• Hands-on experience with community and membership platforms (e.g., BuddyBoss/BuddyPress, MemberPress or similar), WordPress-based sites, and event/job board tools.• CRM and analytics competence (e.g., Zoho CRM or similar); can interpret dashboards and make data-backed recommendations.• Familiarity with podcasts/webinars/events workflows; capable of coordinating speakers, assets, and amplification plans.• Nice to have: domain familiarity with enterprise AI leadership, governance, and transformation; basic HTML/CSS; accessibility awareness (WCAG 2.1).Success Metrics & KPIs• Member activation within 30/60/90 days; monthly active members (MAU) and retention.• Event attendance, engagement rates, and post-event satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).• Forum/DM velocity; mentor matches and completion; job postings and applications.• Content consumption (podcast/webinar plays), social amplification, and PR mentions.• Data hygiene and CRM completeness; quality of monthly insights & recommendations.Work Setup & CultureRemote-friendly with occasional travel for flagship events.
