What you’ll be doing:- Subject matter expert, providing support to the team to develop bespoke, targeted sourcing plans and ensuring that they can bring insights driven solutions to recruitment challenges - Use data and insights to drive confidence in recruitment strategies, set expectations and challenge barriers - First point of call for escalations, supporting the team and partnering with Recruiters to ensure quick and robust resolution - Partnering with CST team to deliver a seamless AMS experience to both Hiring Managers and candidates - Training, coaching & advising your team to build its technical and strategic capability - Team in ensuring understanding and application of effective recruitment techniques and the innovative use of available toolsYou’ll need to demonstrate:- 9+ years of work experience in BFSI domain - Open to work in APAC and EMEA shifts - Comfortable in working from Office 5 days a week - Experience managing people, creating development plans, conducting talent reviews, ensuring succession plans are in place - Deep Sourcing expertise with extensive experience of proactive sourcing techniques and strategies - Experience coaching with a demonstrable passion for developing people - Retain and utilise information and insight and use it to influence client’s decision making and sourcing strategies - Exposure to ATS tool and Excel for maintaining data - Should demonstrate tenacity, zeal to learn, adaptability and passion to drive excellence
