We are looking for a mid-level AI/Data Analytics Engineer to help design and build intelligent analytics and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that can answer complex questions, surface trends, and generate actionable insights from raw data.This role is hands-on and ideal for engineers who enjoy working across data engineering, NLP, and applied AI in a startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain pipelines to ingest and process unstructured data (PDFs, text files, scanned images, audio transcripts)Implement and improve RAG-based question-answering systems using LLMs and vector databasesDesign effective chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking strategies for high-quality answersApply NLP techniques to extract insights, classify issues, and detect patterns and trendsSupport analytics use cases such as frequency analysis, trend detection, and performance metricsWork closely with product and frontend teams to enable natural language analytics and searchOptimize systems for accuracy, scalability, and low latencyParticipate in model evaluation, experimentation, and continuous improvementRequired Skills & Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in Python-based data engineering or AI developmentPractical experience with LLMs and RAG architecturesHands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.)Strong understanding of NLP and unstructured data processingExperience with OCR and/or speech-to-text pipelinesFamiliarity with building analytics-ready datasets and APIsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentNice to HaveExperience working with multilingual dataExposure to dashboards or data visualization toolsCloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Prior experience working with complaint, feedback, or customer interaction dataWhy Join UsWork on real-world AI analytics problems at scaleHigh ownership and visibility of your workOpportunity to grow into senior or architect rolesFast learning, minimal bureaucracy, strong engineering cultureNote: Only shortlisted will receive email to process further.
