You will play a strategic role in shaping the test automation vision, driving innovation, and ensuring product excellence through robust quality practices.Key Responsibilities:- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks across web, API, and forms. - Lead QA strategy and execution for large-scale, customer-facing applications ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. - Provide hands-on leadership in Selenium automation using C# and SpecFlow BDD framework. - Develop and maintain API test automation using C# with RestSharp. - Design and implement Configuration-based Test Automation Frameworks. - Drive automation for Web UI, API, PDF forms, and database validation leveraging tools like Postman, SQL Server, and custom C# tools. - Innovate and build internal tools, accelerators, and reusable assets using C# to improve QA productivity and test coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to align automation strategies with business and technology objectives. - Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Lead performance testing, regression testing, and database testing efforts as needed. - Provide guidance and mentoring to QA team members and promote best practices in test design and automation. - Engage with no-code/low-code platforms to extend automation strategies. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve test coverage, execution speed, and product quality.
