The Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters of the organization, including ensuring compliance with legal regulations, offering legal consulting to internal teams, litigation Matters and managing legal documentation. Responsibilities will also include addressing legal issues, representing the company in legal proceedings, and developing strategies to mitigate risks while ensuring business operations remain compliant with national and regional laws.Qualifications- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Compliance - Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing complex Legal Issues / Litigation - Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and reviewing contracts or agreements - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - A degree in Law (LLB or higher) from a recognized institution - Experience in the real estate sector and familiarity with all Legal matters in Real Estate is a must
