Please find below the details for the Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant role. We are seeking candidates with 8+ years of experience who can join immediately.Role Requirement: Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant- Experience: 8+ years- Must Have: Oracle EBS functional, HRMS (HR, OTL & Absence), full implementation projects in the Oracle EBS, Fast Formula.- Shift: UK hours- Notice Period: Immediate- Location: Bangalore/Pune (Hybrid - 3 days in a week)- Role Type: C2H (Contract-to-Hire)- Note: The initial contract period will be 1 year. Upon successful performance during this period, the role may be transitioned to a permanent position.Job Description:You will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle EBS HRMS, specifically within OTL (Time & Labour) and Absence. In addition, you will be:- Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.- Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.- Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.- Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.- Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.- Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.Qualifications:You will have expertise within:- Oracle EBS HRMS (HR, OTL & Absence)- Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows- Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle EBS space- Configuration skills within Fast Formula.- Running workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate)- Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding “leading practices” and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.- Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our EBS practice.If you meet the experience requirement and are available to join immediately, please send your CV to apply@You may also reach out via WhatsApp at +91 8008814567 for quick communication.
