As we continue to expand, we’re looking for talented, motivated people who want to grow their careers in CX consulting.As part of Act XM’s continued success we are looking to hire a Senior research Consultant to deliver insights-led, technology enabled research solutions for our clients.About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail oriented, quick learning Senior Research Consultant who can foster and maintain client relationships, balance multiple complex projects, and consistently deliver high quality outcomes.This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage full-service quantitative research projects end-to-end, from shaping the research approach through to delivering insight decks and dashboards that help clients make confident, data-driven decisions.You’ll work with innovative tools (including AI-enabled workflows) and the Qualtrics platform to deliver research that is customer experience focused and insight driven.You’ll be the primary day-to-day contact for clients once projects are commissioned, and you’ll partner closely with internal specialists and external providers to ensure successful delivery.This is a remote role based in India, working APJ hours, partnering closely with our ANZ-based team and clients across the region.As a senior team member, you’ll work with clients and internal teams to manage all aspects of study execution, guiding stakeholders through critical phases, including:Partner with Sales as a subject matter expert to understand real-time client research needs and shape solution approachesConsult with clients to understand objectives and recommend the best combination of Act XM services and Qualtrics capabilitiesPresent and demonstrate Qualtrics technology and research solutions in client meetingsOwn project delivery end-to-end: timelines, scope, quality, stakeholders, risk management, and outcomesBuild expertise in questionnaire processing and survey setup/programming in QualtricsCoordinate project tasks including survey setup, sampling, translations, and coding; collaborate with survey programmers on advanced scripting when neededManage data quality through in-survey checks, post-fieldwork verification, and structured data management practicesDeliver insight-led reporting, including executive-ready insight decks that translate statistical findings into clear stories and recommendationsDevelop innovative dashboards and reporting tools, leveraging Qualtrics capabilities and automation to improve speed-to-insightLeverage AI tools to support analysis, insight extraction, thematic summarisation, and storytelling (with appropriate quality and methodological checks)Maintain deep, current knowledge of Qualtrics tools and best practices in technology-enabled research deliveryWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience5+ years’ experience in a market research agency, online research, quantitative research, or in-house research management (client-side)Strong background in brand research and customer research, with a solid understanding of quantitative research principlesIdeally has worked within global market research or CX consulting firms, delivering insight-led research for enterprise clients.Proven ability to create actionable insights and produce high-quality client deliverables (including insight decks)Strong platform capability (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and analytics/statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, Q, Survey Reporter, etc.)Confident client manager: professional, responsive, consultative, and solutions orientedIndependent learner, highly motivated, and comfortable working to tight deadlinesExcellent time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise across multiple projectsTeam player with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and resourcefulnessStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityComfortable in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple workstreams while maintaining qualityWhy join Act XMBe part of an innovative, high-growth CX consulting firm with big ambitions.Work with well-known brands on impactful customer experience projects.Learn from senior leaders and consultants who will invest in your development.Competitive salary + performance bonuses + strong career growth path.
