About the roleIf you’ve worked at a high level with large sellers or e-commerce operators (Clicktech, Cocoblu, RetailEZ, Cloudtail-type environments, or similar scale), this role is meant for you.This isnotan execution or manager role. This is an early-stage but serious e-commerce trading business. I’m looking for avery senior, hands-on operatorwho can come in andbuild an end-to-end operating ecosystemso strong that the business can run smoothlywith or without you .Your job is todesign, systemise, automate, and document everything— through building systems by taking data from Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller HUB, warehouse/WMS, accounts coordination, building MIS, and management reporting — so that any future hire can plug in and perform with minimal handholding.WHAT YOU WILL OWN COMPLETELY• Build end-to-end SOPs (written + video) forALL e-commerce operations • Design and implementsystems & workflowsacross: Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub WMS / 3PL panels (EasyEcom)Create management-level dashboards (Google Sheets) that give:Sales, inventory, returns, cash exposure, risks Clear insights for decision-making, not raw data Build marketplace MIS and reconcile it with accounts Work with Tally/accounts team to create clean, usable financial visibility Streamline processes toreduce delays, errors, and dependency on individuals Set up automation and exception-based workflows wherever possible Ensure the business can scale to multiple brandswithout chaosTHE END GOAL: When you leave,any new hire in any department should be able to pick things up easily and operate smoothly .WHO THIS ROLE IS FORYou should apply only if : • You have10+ years of deep e-commerce experience • You know Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub inside out • You have built systems, not just run day-to-day operations • You are comfortable working in early-stage, messy environmentsand creating structure from scratch • You are highly tech-savvy and comfortable designing workflows, trackers, dashboards, and SOPs • You think like anowner/operator , not a task executorThis role requiresjudgment, ownership, and systems thinking .IMPORTANT NOTES• This is acontractual / milestone-based role , not a traditional payroll job • Compensation will be aligned with experience and scope, and tied to deliverables • This role hashigh impact and high visibility , including interaction with top management • This is not suitable for junior candidates or execution-only profiles
