Role: Technical WriterExperience Range: 4-6 Yrs.Location: Pune /IndoreMandatory Skills: Technical Writing and API documentationJob Description:• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.• Gather and analyse technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.• Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.• Create, update, maintain, and publish templates for written documentation as per requirementSkills:• Domain knowledge on storage and networking is desirable• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills and excellent command over at least one authoring tool (Adobe FrameMaker/Madcap Flare/Oxygen/XMetal).• Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new concepts and tools and knowledge of DITA concepts.• Should work as an independent contributor with minimal support.• Good to have knowledge of Markdown, GitHub• Preliminary understanding of programming code.
