Key Responsibilities1. MIS, Reporting & Dashboards Design, build, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. Develop automated dashboards tracking KPIs such as lead flow, conversion ratios, revenue, productivity, and business health. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and timely delivery of all reports.2. Data Analytics & Business Insights Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities across functions. Convert complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions. Support leadership reviews, forecasting, and planning exercises with data-backed insights.3. Financial & Pricing Analytics Prepare cost sheets, pricing analysis, rate comparisons, and financial models. Conduct NPV and feasibility analysis for new initiatives, projects, or business expansions. Support budgeting and profitability analysis.4. Compliance, Audit & Data Governance Develop compliance dashboards and trackers to monitor process adherence. Coordinate with internal teams and auditors to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and documentation completeness. Maintain strong data governance and reporting standards.5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct market and competitor analysis using external data sources and internal insights. Provide inputs for pricing strategy, market entry decisions, and competitive positioning. Perform site visits, when required, to validate market data and ground realities.6. Business Performance Monitoring Track and analyse performance at zone, region, and business-unit levels. Build comparative reports to assess productivity, efficiency, and outcome metrics. Support launches, events, and campaigns with structured data tracking and analysis.7. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand reporting needs. Present insights clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in MIS and analytics processes.Candidate Profile 6–10 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles. Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau. Strong financial and business understanding. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in sales-driven or multi-location organisations preferred.
