Lead - Retail Assets including Collection (As part of the Business Solution Group, the Lead Profile will be assigned specific work areas / departments of the Bank)Exp: 15+ Years of work experience in BankingWork Location: JaipurKey Responsibilities will include:Act as the point of contact for all Business Heads, Product Heads and IT Team from BSG side for all Retail Loan Products along with Collections.Leading a Team of Business Analysts and drive Business Solution Group for all Retail Loan Products.Work in close coordination with Business, Product and IT Teams of various lending products and provide Tech based Solutions to Business Units.Work in close co-ordination with IT Teams for developing appropriate solution within stipulated timelines.Own all non-technical Business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Document (BRDs) along with Product/Business Team.Should have understanding of Lending Business including loan origination, credit assessment, disbursements, loan servicing and Loan Origination Systems from IT perspective
