Position: UK Payroll Executive Exp: 1- 3 years work timngs: 11.30AM to 8 or 9PM Location: BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities:1: Process payroll including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments. 2: Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations. 3: Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., PAYE, National Insurance, pensions). 4: Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, tax codes, and deductions. 5: Assist in audits and provide payroll data when required.Must have skills: 2+ years of UK payroll experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment. Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, pensions, and statutory deductions. CIPP certification (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) is desirable. High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Workday).
