A strong design mindset, technical expertise, and passion for the architectural visualization industry are essential.Scope of Work High-quality render production 3D modelling (architecture, interiors) Walkthrough animations(vantage)Responsibilities Interpret architectural sketches, drawings, and models accurately for visualization. Understand and align with Total Environment’s design philosophy and workflow processes. Produce high-quality marketing renders as per defined standards. Develop massing models and detailed building models with complete accuracy. Deliver interior customization renders with precision and within tight timelines. Demonstrate proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Vantage and Photoshop for post-production. Produce both interior and marketing renders, as well as walkthrough animations, maintaining high standards and timely delivery. Understand deliverables clearly and work within defined parameters.Accountability Full responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your renders, presentations, and documentation. Complete ownership of project files, textures, and related assets created by you. Accountability for your performance, timelines, and output quality.You Will Create an Impact If You: Deliver exceptional-quality work consistently within challenging deadlines. Are a quick learner with the ability to estimate and manage time for assigned deliverables. Are self-driven, ethical, and motivated to contribute meaningfully to the design ecosystem.Requirements Expertise in3ds Max, V-Ray, Vantage , and post-production inPhotoshop . 10–12 years of experiencein architectural visualization and walkthrough animation. Knowledge ofUnreal Engine, Adobe Premiere, Corona Renderer, and After Effectsis a strong plus.
