Performance Marketing ManagerExperience: 4–5 yearsLocation: Mumbai (Hybrid)/RemoteAvailability: Immediate⸻About the RoleWe are looking for a performance-driven digital marketer with strong hands-on experience in managing lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads and Social Media platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working within the education sector, understands the full funnel from awareness to enrollment, and possesses a solid working knowledge of SEO to complement paid growth efforts.You will be responsible for accelerating the student acquisition engine for one of our clients through data-led optimization, experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.⸻Key Responsibilities• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) focused on lead generation and conversion.• Manage Social Media advertising across Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive qualified inquiries.• Define targeting strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy creation and landing page alignment to maximize campaign performance.• Monitor daily budgets, pacing and bidding strategies, ensuring efficient cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).• Perform A/B tests on creatives, keywords, landing pages and funnels to improve conversion metrics.• Set up proper conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) to measure campaign effectiveness and attribution.• Conduct performance analysis and present insights using dashboards, weekly reports and monthly reviews.• Leverage SEO best practices to enhance landing page experience, improve organic visibility and contribute to long-term search growth.• Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to strengthen messaging, reduce lead leakage and improve MQL-to-enrollment conversions.• Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity, and new opportunities within education marketing.⸻Required Skills & Experience• 4–5 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in the education industry.• Proven track record of lead generation campaigns with measurable impact on business growth.• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization, content collaboration).• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks and reporting tools.• Ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns toward ROI & CPL goals.• Experience with CRM / Lead management systems (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared etc.) for funnel tracking.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.⸻Nice to Have• Experience in marketing for universities, training institutes or online learning brands.• Knowledge of automation workflows, remarketing funnels and drip nurturing campaigns.• Basic understanding of landing-page CRO and website behavior tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)-
