Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Build and execute hiring strategies to attract the best talent. Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding. Coordinate with leadership & department heads for manpower planning. Maintain a strong pipeline through job portals, networks, and referrals.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Oversee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS updates. Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records. Ensure smooth handling of employee queries across departments. Implement standardized HR processes for efficiency and transparency.Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven HR experience (HR Manager or HR Generalist roles preferred). Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
