Sr. Quality Analyst Experience: 5+ Years Location: Delhi (Onsite – Client Office) Its a 1 Year Contractual roleWorking Model: Monday to Friday, working from client site office Company: Schbang About the Role Schbang is seeking a Functional QA Executive (Intermediate) to own and drive quality assurance for enterprise-level digital platforms powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role requires strong functional understanding of AEM, business requirements, and content workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring overall content quality, guiding junior QA members, and acting as a key quality gate before releases while working onsite at the client location in Delhi. Key Responsibilities ● Own functional QA validation for AEM-based content platforms ● Validate content against business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria ● Perform end-to-end testing of complex pages, components, and user journeys ● Test advanced AEM workflows including approvals, scheduling, and publishing ● Validate content migrations, bulk updates, and regression scenarios ● Ensure SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and brand compliance standards are met ● Review and prioritize defects, and coordinate resolution with content teams ● Guide and review work performed by QA Junior team members ● Prepare and maintain QA test scenarios, checklists, and documentation ● Participate in release planning and provide QA sign-off readiness ● Coordinate with Content Leads, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications ● 5–7 years of experience in functional QA for CMS or web platforms ● Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM – Sites & DAM) ● Deep understanding of content lifecycle, workflows, and publishing models ● Strong requirement analysis and validation skills ● Good working knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards (WCAG) ● Experience working in onsite, client-facing environments ● Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills ● Willingness to work onsite at the client office in Delhi, Monday to Friday Good to Have ● Experience with multi-site or multi-language AEM implementations ● Exposure to AEM Content Fragments or Experience Fragments ● Familiarity with analytics, tagging, or personalization concepts ● Prior experience in agency environments supporting enterprise clients What We’re Looking For ● A QA professional with strong ownership and decision-making ability ● Someone who can balance speed, accuracy, and risk management ● A mentor who can uplift QA quality across the team ● A trusted quality partner for both internal teams and client stakeholders This role requires physical presence at the client site in Delhi and does not offer remote or hybrid working.
