We serve a wide array of clients ranging from asset & private wealth managers, investment banks, commercial banks, private equity & venture capital firms, brokerages & trading firms, consulting companies and more.Experience- 7-9yrsPosition Title- Trainer(Consultant)Duration of the contract- 9 monthsDepartment- Training and Knowledge ManagementLocation- BangaloreJob PurposeResponsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee’s productivity.Key Responsibilities :Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and lateralsUpdating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locationsCreating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedbackEvaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submittedCoordinate for publishing quarterly training calendarsMaintain MIS data of Trainings conductedCandidate has to come to office all 5 daysKey CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge about finance, financial modelling, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain7-9 years of experienceAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills (written and spoken)Highly motivated and willing to work hardShould be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressiveProblem solving and decision-making skills are expected
