IT EngineerThe Role:We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Client operating systems - Mac, Windows. General maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.Your goal will be to provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.Roles and Responsibilities:- Ensures that the technologies are updated with current, stable, and compliant architecture and applications that meet enterprise standards. - Manages system/application environment and ongoing operations; - Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies; - Contribute input to infrastructure architecture; - Provide input into infrastructure architecture designs; - Researches, designs, implements and tests technology solutions; - Collaborates with IT and business area partners on work groups and initiatives; - Troubleshoots software and/or hardware issues/failures; - Ensures execution and alignment to architectural standards and blueprints; - Resolves alerts and performs remediation activities; - Writes programming/scripting; - Determines migration and upgrade impacts and diagnose/resolve complex technology/application errors; - Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology (MAC); - Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies; - Assists with developing tactical strategies, processes and procedures related to systems/application administration.Mandatory Qualifications:- Experience analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions; - 2 + Years of experience of hands-on experience in HelpDesk, IT administration. - Experience using Agile methodology; - Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities; - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment; - Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately; - Competent working in one or more environments highly integrated with an operating system (MAC and Windows ).; - Must have strong Apple product knowledge; - High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy; - Extensive working knowledge of multiple technologies and their interfaces and integration; - Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performanceLocation: Mumbai
