About This RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing) to join our dynamic team at Mumbai/Bangalore.Technical Skills- Proficient in writing and executing test cases and test plans based on requirements or user stories. - Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, Cypress, or similar. - Experience with scripting languages like Java, Groovy, Python, or JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems like Git/Bitbucket. - Experience / in depth knowledge with AI tools like Cursor, Cline, Codex etc is a huge plus.Manual Testing- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Ability to perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA . - Experience in cross-browser and cross-device testing. - Understanding responsive testing and UI validation techniques. - Experience writing and execution SQL queriesAutomation Testing- Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts. - Knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. - Understanding of data-driven and keyword-driven automation approaches.Soft Skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Team player with the ability to work independently when required. - High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Nice to Have- Familiarity with visual testing tools (e.g., Applitools). - Experience / research into possibilities of AI techniques in QA automation.Education & Experience- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in software QA with a mix of manual and automated testing. - Knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Location: Mumbai/BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeWork Hours: 4 AM EST to 1 PM EST (1.30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST)
