Role overview:As the performance marketing lead at Scribbld, you will drive the overall paid growth strategy across multiple digital channels. This role requires deep platform expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to scale client performance, improve ROI, and guide a team toward delivering measurable business outcomes. You will manage high-impact campaigns, lead experimentation roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all performance efforts align with brand and business objectives.Key responsibilities:Strategy and ownership Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Own the planning, setup, execution, and optimization framework across clients and internal accounts. Build quarterly performance roadmaps focused on ROI, CAC reduction, and scalable customer acquisition.Campaign leadership Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including targeting, bidding, segmentation, and optimization. Lead A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, landing pages, and funnels. Ensure performance delivery on metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV.Analytics and optimization Deep-dive into campaign data to identify trends, insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. Build and maintain performance dashboards across clients. Establish optimization SOPs for scaling high-performing campaigns.Team and cross-functional collaboration Mentor and guide junior performance marketing executives. Work closely with design, content, and brand solutions teams to ensure creative and strategic alignment. Collaborate with client servicing teams to present strategy, reports, insights, and new opportunities.Budget and funnel management Allocate and manage monthly and quarterly budgets across multiple platforms. Build full-funnel performance strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU to maximize conversions. Recommend landing page optimizations, funnel improvements, and CRO strategies.Client communication Lead client calls, discussions, and presentations. Translate business goals into actionable performance strategies with measurable KPIs. Provide clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.Innovation and market trends Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging tools. Bring innovative formats, new targeting strategies, and unconventional ideas to the table. Evaluate and integrate new tools, automation workflows, and analytics platforms where useful.Qualifications:Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Experience 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Demonstrated success managing significant budgets and scaling performance campaigns. Prior agency experience preferred.Skills Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and SEMrush. Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions. Ability to lead a small team, manage multiple accounts, and handle high-pressure performance cycles.
