It's part of Matics Solutions, a company mainly focusing on Expert Consulting in building ROC/NOC setups to Renewable Energy clients. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SCADA Monitoring Engineer to join our 24/7 Remote Operations Center. The candidate will continuously monitor wind turbine and substation SCADA systems, identify anomalies, and ensure smooth plant operations across all Renewable Energy sites.This role is mission-critical for ensuring maximum asset uptime, early fault detection, and coordination with field service teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReal-time monitoring of Renewable Energy SCADA systems, alarms, and performance KPIs.Identify abnormalities, downtime events, and repeating faults using SCADA dashboards & analytics tools.Immediate escalation of critical alarms to site engineers, O&M teams, OEM teams, and management.Maintain detailed logs of faults, turbine stoppages, resets, and grid issues.Coordinate with field teams for troubleshooting, restart attempts, and remote resets (if permitted).Track asset availability, generation loss, and analyze recurring issues.Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, alarms, availability, and event summaries.Support data analytics team by sharing structured operational logs and observation trends.Ensure strict adherence to 24/7 shift schedules and operational SOPs.Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance monitoring efficiency.Required Skills & QualificationsB.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Renewable Energy / Mechanical / Computer Science.Understanding of SCADA systems (Wind/Oil & Gas/Manufacturing/Power sector preferred).Basic knowledge of wind / solar operations, grid issues, and power system fundamentals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.Good communication and documentation abilities.Familiarity with dashboards, monitoring tools, or IoT systems is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing renewable energy tech environment.Exposure to real-time SCADA, analytics, and cutting-edge monitoring tools.Skill development in wind & solar industry data analysis & operations.Growth path toward SCADA Engineer / SCADA Analyst / ROC Lead / Performance Engineer roles.Competitive salary + allowance.How to ApplyApply directly on Linked-In.
