Archfrom a premier institution; PG (Urban Design/Interior Architecture) preferred. 18+ yearsin architecture/design, with 8+ years in a nationalleadership rolemanaging large-scaleresidentialand multi-segment real estate projects. Proven track record inhigh-rise, townshipandmixed-usedevelopments. Strong portfolio of built projects demonstrating design leadership. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, GIS tools, design detailing, material specification, and execution interface.
