Qualifications: -Experience: 3 to 5 Years Education Qualification: Bachelor's in civil engineering Job Responsibilities: -Project Planning & Scheduling in MSP (Microsoft project) on monthly basis.Planning of material procurement for projects.Cash flow charts preparation & trackingPFS & updating costs every quarter.Tender document study & follow up for correspondence with Department.Review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site every month & follow up for achievement of target.Revision in planning & find out bottle necks in the progress of project execution.Tender document study & claim managementPreparation of Budget & follow-up for achievementBill tracking for cash flow.Arranging Bought out material of project in coordination with Purchase Department.Sub-contractors' management with PQ Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e. DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
